What a carton
is billed at
Air and express bill the higher of the two. Volumetric weight is length x width x height in cm, divided by a carrier divisor.
Billed at 11.7 kg, volumetric weight

Divisors are our assumption and your carrier may use another. By sea, cartons are priced on volume.

What we don't do

What is DDP shipping?
Delivered Duty Paid. The price includes import duties and taxes, so the goods arrive without a customs bill.
Is DDP safer because duties are included?
Not by itself. You need to know who the importer is and how duty and tax were paid. A low all-in price can hide under-declared values.
Is express the same as air freight?
No. Express couriers deliver door to door and handle customs. Air freight moves cargo between airports and usually needs a broker at the far end.
Do you guarantee delivery times?
No. Transit times are typical ranges from carriers. Customs checks and peak seasons can add days.
Can I use my own freight forwarder?
Yes. We prepare and hand over the cartons with a packing list.
