CRM, AI, and WhatsApp

Connected tools remain purpose-bound and reviewable

Approved providers may help route requests, summarize conversations, retrieve approved knowledge, or draft replies. AI does not authorize payment, purchase, refund, shipment, or a customer promise.

CRM and case records

Messages and service events may be organized in a customer timeline and linked to the relevant check, quote, payment, order, parcel, issue, consent, and next action.

AI-assisted work

AI may retrieve approved knowledge, summarize, identify missing fields, or prepare a draft. It does not authorize supplier contact, payment, purchase, refund, shipment, or a customer commitment.

WhatsApp permission

Providing a number is not notification consent. Transactional updates require a separate permission, remain limited to the stated purpose, and can be withdrawn.

How information is shared

Only needed parties should see operational details

Access is limited to the fields needed for the approved service, security, payment, recordkeeping, or lawful request.

Data may be shared only as needed with hosting, authentication, email, payment, storage, analytics, supplier, warehouse, inspection, logistics, or professional service providers.

International transfers

International transfers

A cross-border sourcing workflow can involve China and the destination market. Reasonable contractual, access, and minimization safeguards are used where applicable.

Cookies, retention, and security

Controls should be practical and specific

Cookies and analytics

Necessary security and preference storage may be used. Analytics is limited to understanding public-page and workflow performance; direct payment credentials are not collected by analytics.

Retention and security

Records are retained only as long as needed for the service, legal, accounting, security, or dispute purpose. Access is restricted and sensitive data should not be submitted unless required.

Security controls

HTTPS, access controls, limited internal access, data minimization, provider access only where needed, and abuse prevention protect the workflow. No online system can promise absolute security.

Browser extension privacy

Supplymo Product Capture

Version 1.0.0 disclosure

United Profit Import and Export Co., Ltd. operates Supplymo Product Capture. The extension is a user-triggered bridge from one public product page to Supplymo Product Check. It does not monitor browsing in the background.

When processing starts

Processing starts only after you choose browser capture in Supplymo or click the extension toolbar, and then confirm the exact product image. Installing the extension or opening an unrelated page does not send that page to Supplymo.

Public product data

The extension may process the public product URL, platform, product ID and title, selected variant, visible price clue, bounded public image references, the image you confirm, capture time, and short-lived delivery identifiers.

Exact-origin image access

Optional HTTPS host access is requested only for the product and image origins needed by the current capture. Image requests omit cookies and referrers. The confirmed image is decoded, dimension-limited, and normalized locally before delivery.

Delivery, retention, and deletion

After confirmation, the selected image and bounded public product clues are delivered only to Supplymo Product Check over HTTPS. One pending capture may remain in browser session storage for no more than 15 minutes and is deleted after acknowledged delivery. Once delivered, the product clue becomes part of the requested Product Check record and follows the website retention and deletion process described on this page.

Data the extension does not collect

The extension is not designed to read or send cookies, credentials, authentication tokens, payment information, browsing history, carts, orders, checkout data, private messages, customer profiles, full-page HTML, or unrelated form fields. It contains no advertising or analytics SDK.

Supplymo Product Capture uses browser permissions and product-page data only to provide or improve its disclosed single purpose. Its use of that data complies with the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Supplymo does not sell the captured data or use it for personalized advertising.

You can cancel before confirmation, decline optional origin access, remove remembered site access in Chrome, uninstall the extension, or request access, correction, or deletion at support@supplymo.com.
