We fix it with the supplier before anything ships.
We miss a defect
If our arrival check misses a problem it should have caught, that is on us. We replace or refund the affected units.
Questions buyers ask first
How much do you charge?
The quote is free. If we find the supplier: 5% on the first $5,000 of goods, 4% up to $20,000, 3% above, $49 minimum. Your own supplier: 3%. Samples only: no fee.
Do you add a markup to supplier prices?
No. The supplier's price and our fee are separate lines, and we take no commissions from factories.
Is there a minimum order?
No minimum order value from us. When our service fee applies, it is at least $49 per order. Suppliers set their own minimums, and we tell you which accept small orders.
How fast do I get a quote?
We reply within one business day. A quote for 1–3 standard products usually takes 24–48 hours. Many SKUs take longer.
How is this different from buying on Alibaba myself?
You compare several suppliers at once, 1688 sellers included. The quote also shows the cost to your door.
What if I already have a supplier?
Choose order follow-up. We chase the order and check the goods before they ship. The fee is 3%.
