    Get your landed-cost quote

    Supplier options with freight, duty and VAT estimates.

    Nothing more, unless we come back with a question.
    We do
    Compare several suppliers and estimate freight, duty and VAT, with the source for each rate.
    You get
    A quote in 24–48 hours for 1–3 standard products. Supplier price, estimates, our fee and the exchange rate, each on its own line.
    Who approves
    You. The quote is free and does not commit you to an order.

    If something goes wrong. If no option fits your price or spec, tell us what to change, or stop there. Freight, duty and VAT stay estimates until confirmed.

    Step 3

    Samples, order and follow-up

    You approve. We order and chase production.

    You send
    Your written approval of the supplier and order, and payment to our WorldFirst account.
    We do
    Order samples if you want them, pay the supplier, follow production and warn you early if dates slip.
    You get
    Samples usually reach our partner warehouse in one to two weeks, plus shipping to you. Updates during production.
    Who approves
    You, in writing. No supplier is paid before that.

    If something goes wrong. Cancel before any supplier is paid and the goods payment and our fee are refunded, less any bank fees. After that, recovery depends on the supplier.

    Checked, photographed, shipped

    Goods ship after you approve the photos.

    Your approval of the photos, and freight payment before the goods ship.
    We do
    Count and photograph what arrived at our partner warehouse in Yiwu, check it against the approved sample, then price shipping from your real cartons.
    You get
    Photos and a count, then shipping options. Storage is free for 30 days while we consolidate.
    Who approves
    You. Goods ship only after you approve the photos.

    If something goes wrong. If goods don't match the sample, we take it up with the supplier before anything ships. If our arrival check misses a problem it should have caught, that is on us. We replace or refund the affected units.

Questions

Does a free supplier check commit me to anything?

No. The check ends with a result and a few options, such as reading our guide or asking for a quote. Nothing moves forward unless you ask.

When do I pay?

Only after you approve a written quote. You pay in step with the supplier. 1688 sellers are paid in full when we order, so for those the goods and our fee are due when you approve the quote. Factories usually take a deposit, often 30%, and the balance before the goods leave the factory. You pay the deposit and our fee when you approve, and the balance when the supplier asks for it. Want the goods checked before the balance is paid? We can add a factory inspection, quoted separately. Freight is paid before the goods ship from Yiwu. You pay Supplymo by bank transfer to our WorldFirst account. You never pay a supplier directly.

What if something goes wrong?

Cancel before we pay a supplier and you get the goods payment and our fee back, less any bank fees on the transfer. If goods don't match the sample, we fix it with the supplier before anything ships. If our arrival check misses a problem it should have caught, that is on us. We replace or refund the affected units.

Who talks to the supplier?

We do, in Chinese. You get the summary and the decisions that need you.
