Payments and refunds

Fees and payment

Landed-cost quotes and supplier checks are free. Sourcing orders carry a published service fee: 5% of the goods value up to $5,000, 4% on the part from $5,000 to $20,000 and 3% above that, with a $49 minimum per order. Follow-up on orders with your own suppliers is 3%. Shop orders and sample-only orders carry no service fee. Supplymo does not add a markup to supplier prices or accept supplier kickbacks. Goods, China freight, prep, international shipping, duty, tax and third-party charges are shown as separate lines in the quote. Payment is made to Supplymo by bank transfer to our WorldFirst account, never to a supplier directly. Amounts paid in USD or another currency are converted at the mid-market rate at the time of the quote, less 2% to cover currency costs. The quote states both rates, and the rate stays fixed for 7 days. Refunds are paid back at the rate used for your payment.

If an order is cancelled before Supplymo pays any supplier, the goods payment and the service fee are refunded in full, less any bank fees on the transfer. After that, refund availability depends on the current stage and committed supplier, warehouse, prep, logistics, payment-processing, and third-party costs.

Users must provide accurate information, protect access links and accounts, review quotes and evidence, and avoid unlawful or abusive requests.
