These terms describe the public Supplymo workflow and service boundary. A product-specific written quote, approved order, payment record, or signed agreement controls where it is more specific.

Quotes can expire or change when supplier price, stock, quantity, package data, route, currency, restricted status, or third-party cost changes.

Supplier purchase can begin
Supplymo does not pay a supplier until the quote is approved and required funds are received. Supplier availability and performance remain outside absolute control.
Payments and refunds
Fees and payment
Product, domestic freight, report, service, prep, international shipping, duty, tax, payment processing, and third-party charges may be separated. Refund availability depends on the current stage and committed supplier, warehouse, prep, logistics, payment-processing, and third-party costs.

Quality, shipping, and platform boundaries
Product quality and evidence
Product quality and evidence
Basic photos, counts, and visible-condition notes are limited evidence. Full inspection, testing, certification, and compliance review require a separate scope.
Shipping and customs
Packed weight, dimensions, carrier rules, importer status, classification, documents, customs, tax, and local delivery can change cost and timing.
Marketplace and platform responsibility
The buyer remains responsible for product claims, listings, platform approval, intellectual property, destination rules, and end-customer obligations.
User responsibilities
Account and user responsibility
Users must provide accurate information, protect access links and accounts, review quotes and evidence, and avoid unlawful or abusive requests.

Supplymo may refuse counterfeit, dangerous, prohibited, branded, regulated, unclear, or operationally unsupported products before or after manual review.

Third-party providers
Suppliers, warehouses, inspectors, carriers, payment processors, authentication, hosting, and other providers have their own terms and operational limits.

Intellectual property
Account and user responsibility
Users must provide accurate information, protect access links and accounts, review quotes and evidence, and avoid unlawful or abusive requests.

Email, WhatsApp, account, or other channels may be used, but important instructions and approvals should remain in the written quote or order record.
Intellectual property
Supplymo site content and systems remain protected. Users must have the right to submit product images, files, brand assets, labels, and instructions.
Liability boundary
To the extent permitted by law, Supplymo is not responsible for indirect loss, lost sales, platform decisions, customs action, or events outside the approved service scope and reasonable control.
