1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Supplymo's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Supplymo provides product sourcing, quality control, and logistics services connecting international buyers with Chinese manufacturers. We act as an intermediary agent and are not the manufacturer of goods.

3. Payment Terms

Orders require a 30% deposit to begin production and 70% balance payment upon QC approval. All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated. Our service fee is 5% of the factory product cost.

4. Quality Guarantee

We provide quality inspection services before shipment. If products do not meet agreed specifications, we will facilitate returns, replacements, or refunds at our discretion.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Estimated delivery times are approximate and subject to factors beyond our control including customs clearance, weather, and carrier delays. We are not responsible for delays caused by these factors.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on Supplymo, including text, graphics, logos, and tools, is our property and protected by international copyright laws. You may not reproduce or redistribute without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Supplymo's liability is limited to the service fee paid. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
