- Visual photos of the received goods.
- Basic checks: quantity, obvious mismatches against the description.
- A record you can review before goods are packed and shipped.

Photo confirmation does not cover
- Full third-party inspection or AQL sampling.
- Lab testing, safety certification, or compliance testing.
- Any guarantee of long-term quality or fitness for sale.
If your product needs formal inspection or certification, that is a separate process and may be outside the default scope.
