Why check who you're buying from

A listing can look fine and still belong to a trader reselling someone else's stock, or a company set up last month. Those facts are public, but in Chinese and spread across several sites.

A check takes us little time, and many turn into a quote. That is why it is free.

A check does not prove

That a supplier is reliableA check lowers the risk. It does not remove it.

Questions about the check

Can you guarantee a supplier is reliable?

No. We check what is public and what the supplier tells us. A check lowers the risk. It does not remove it.

What if I only have a screenshot?

Send it. We use image search on 1688 and Alibaba to find the listing and the seller behind it.

Is a low 1688 price a good sign?

Not on its own. A price far below similar sellers is a question to ask the supplier, and MOQ, domestic freight and packaging decide the real cost.

Do you visit the factory?

Not as part of the free check. A factory visit or audit is available on request, quoted case by case before you pay.
