Supplymo CBM Calculator privacy policy

The calculator works offline. Your saved calculations stay in the app’s local storage unless you choose to share them or your device includes them in a backup.
Calculation data stays on your device
Supplymo CBM Calculator 1.0 does not require an account and does not transmit your carton dimensions, weights, calculation names or saved records to Supplymo. The app has no advertising, analytics or third-party tracking SDKs. Calculation inputs are processed locally.
Saved records and device backups
When you tap Save calculation, the app stores the calculation name, carton inputs, units, an internal record identifier and update time in its local application storage. These files may be included in backups managed by your device and Apple account settings. The app does not operate a separate cloud-sync or recovery service.
Deleting data
Swipe left on a record in Saved, choose Delete and confirm to remove it from the app's current local storage. There is no in-app undo or recovery. Uninstalling the app removes its current local container, but copies in operating-system backups or destinations you shared to are managed separately through those services. Unsaved edits are not automatically saved.
Sharing is your choice
Share or copy result opens the iOS share sheet with the calculation summary. You choose whether to copy it, save it elsewhere or send it through another app. The chosen destination handles that copy under its own privacy practices. Supplymo does not automatically receive it.
Support requests
If you email support, we receive the email address, message and attachments you choose to send, and use them to respond to your request. Please provide only what is needed to investigate the issue. You can contact the same address to ask about a support message or request its deletion, subject to applicable retention obligations.
Website links and platform services
Links in Help open Supplymo's website or your email application. Website visits are separate from the offline calculator and follow the Supplymo website privacy policy. Apple independently processes App Store, device-backup and diagnostic information under its own settings and policies. This policy does not describe Apple's independent processing.
Updates
This policy describes version 1.0. If a future release changes how the app handles data, the policy and App Store privacy information will be updated to match that release.
