Supplymo terms for United States sourcing support

These terms explain the service boundary for United States product checks, quotes, assisted ordering, warehouse evidence, prep, shipping support, cancellations, and refund review.

Service boundaries

A quote does not become a purchase until approved and paid.

Supplier price, stock, product quality, China-to-USA parcel, air, ocean, and 3PL receiving routes, and HTS classification, de minimis uncertainty, agency-sensitive products, claim language, and 3PL prep can change.

Restricted, branded, compliance-sensitive, or abnormal goods may be declined.

No fixed HTS duty, de minimis treatment, freight, clearance, delivery time, supplier quality, or marketplace approval is promised.
